Real Parties, Real People — March’s Standout Celebrations 💖

🟩 Jayden’s 18th at The Distillery, Eagleby

Talk about a grand entrance! Jayden set the tone for his milestone night by rolling up to The Distillery in Eagleby in a green Lamborghini 💚. Guests were already buzzing by the time he arrived, and the energy only built from there.

His mum Angela booked the event space right next to the Smoke House, which gave the night an intimate yet luxe feel. We styled the room with a silver shimmer wall backdrop, a bold lime green, silver, and black balloon garland, and our glowing Infinity Abyss marquee number 18.

The whole look tied perfectly with Jayden’s vibe — sleek, bold, and totally unforgettable. It’s always such a joy to see how families celebrate these once-in-a-lifetime milestones, and this one was definitely one for the books.

💜 Lisa’s Fab 40th at Fitzy’s, Loganholme

On the very same night, the SweetAz crew were also setting up for Lisa’s fabulous 40th at Fitzy’s in Loganholme. Talk about party central! Lisa went full glam with a black shimmer wall, a luxe purple, silver, and black balloon garland, and a glowing purple “Forty” neon sign.

The vibe of the night was pure fun — the photo booth was packed all evening, props flying everywhere, oversized glasses making the rounds, and the dance floor never empty. At one point, a line dancing set broke out and the energy just kept climbing 💃🕺.

Lisa’s milestone was the perfect reminder that your forties are for celebrating loud and proud. What a way to step into the next decade!

🎉 Regan’s 18th — DIY Style

Not everyone needs us on-site to bring their party vision to life — and Regan proved it! For her milestone celebration, she and her crew opted for our self-service hire option, picking up the circle backdrop and glowing “Eighteen” neon sign to create their own SweetAz moment.

We love seeing our pieces styled in different ways, and Regan’s DIY approach gave the party a personal touch. It’s always so cool knowing our gear is out there creating memories, even when we’re not there in person. Massive congrats, Regan — you absolutely smashed your 18th!

💥 Double Trouble: Tori & Ashton’s Backyard Bash, Redland Bay

This one’s a neighbourhood story we absolutely loved. Our neighbour Amanda found us online (gotta love a local connection!) and booked the “Twenty One” neon sign for her daughter Tori’s 21st. But with Cyclone Alfred causing a two-week delay, the celebration ended up combining with her son Ashton’s 18th — and turned into a double milestone bash to remember 💥.

Their backyard was transformed with love and creativity — handmade seating crafted by Dad, DIY marquee numbers, and of course our slushie machine, which we literally wheeled down the road to deliver 🍹. Guests partied under the marquee until a party bus arrived at 10pm, whisking everyone into the city for the afterparty.

This night was the definition of legendary — local love, DIY magic, and two milestones rolled into one unforgettable celebration.

🌸 Taijana’s Pretty Patio 21st in Mount Cotton

Not every 21st has to be a nightclub blowout — Taijana showed us how stunning a daytime milestone party can be. Set outdoors on the family patio in Mount Cotton, right by the pool, her 21st was all about sunshine and pretty vibes 🌸🌞.

We styled the space with a silver shimmer wall, a fresh 2.5m balloon garland in pink, white, and fuchsia, and a glowing “Happy 21st” neon sign that pulled the whole look together. The soft colours against the poolside backdrop created such a dreamy setting for her guests to enjoy.

It was proof that you don’t need night-time to make a milestone pop — Taijana’s celebration was picture-perfect from start to finish.

🌧️ Chey’s Rainy Day 21st at Cleveland Tavern

Some say rain on your milestone day is lucky — and Chey definitely proved that true! Her mum Cassandra booked the top floor function room at the Cleveland Tavern for her 21st, and while the skies outside turned grey, the vibes inside were golden.

We set up a circle mesh backdrop, a 2m balloon garland in black, white, and reflex gold, and the ultimate “Twenty One” neon sign to bring it all together. Guests laughed off the weather, snapped endless pics, and kept the energy high all night long.

Rain or shine, Chey’s milestone was filled with joy, laughter, and love — the perfect way to step into her twenties ☔🍾.

🔥 Shane’s 50th Motorcycle-Inspired Bash at Hogan’s, Wellington Point

When it came to celebrating Shane’s big 5-0, his wife Victoria knew exactly how to honour him — book out the top floor of Hogan’s Tavern in Wellington Point and throw a night that matched his bold personality 🔥.

The setup featured a black shimmer wall, a 1.5m balloon garland in motorcycle-inspired colours — red, orange, and black, and a crisp white “Fifty” neon sign. The whole look was bold, sophisticated, and unmistakably SweetAz.

From the styling to the energy in the room, the night perfectly reflected Shane’s passions and personality. It was a celebration worthy of the milestone, and one we were proud to be part of.
