October 2026 Party Hire Gallery: Weddings, Shimmer Walls & Yeehaw

October started with one of our busiest weekends yet, full of weddings, birthdays and plenty of slushies.

On the first Saturday we ran our photo booth at a wedding in Capalaba, where our rustic timber and vine backdrop had guests in pink cowboy hats, feather boas and heart sunglasses lining up all night. Over in Clayfield we celebrated an 18th birthday with an iridescent shimmer wall, a rainbow balloon garland and giant light-up 18 numbers. Our slushie machines kept things cool poolside in Wakerley and at a private party in Cleveland.

A highlight of the month was supporting the Eye Ball charity gala dinner in Woolloongabba. Our silver shimmer wall was the backdrop for the night, and we stayed on to help sell raffle tickets while guests in their best evening wear lined up for photos. Back at home base, the deliveries started rolling in for the Gatsby Masquerade party we're hosting next month. Think boxes of gold and black fabrics, props and accessories, so stay tuned!

Off the clock, the team grabbed cowboy hats for a bull riding night in Cleveland, complete with a rodeo clown, a golden sunset, ice cream and a spooky food truck that got us in the mood for Halloween.
